What we collect

When you use ZERO.Prmptr, we collect:

• Your email address and name (from Google sign-in or email registration)
• Project information you provide during conversations
• Generated documentation content

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the ZERO.Prmptr service
• Generate documentation based on your project details
• Send important updates about your account (we don't spam)

AI & Your Ideas

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our conversations and document generation. Here's what you should know:

• Your ideas are NOT used to train AI models — Anthropic does not use API data for training
• Conversations are not stored by Anthropic long-term — API data is retained for up to 30 days for safety monitoring, then deleted
• Your projects are private by default — Only you can see your projects unless you explicitly share them

While we take privacy seriously, we recommend not including highly sensitive information (like passwords, API keys, or trade secrets) in your project descriptions.

Third-party services

We use the following services to provide ZERO.Prmptr:

• Supabase — Authentication and database (your data is encrypted at rest)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI conversation and document generation
• Stripe — Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• Vercel — Hosting (with enterprise-grade security)
• PostHog — Analytics (to improve the product)

Data security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Database access is protected by Row Level Security — users can only access their own data
• We don't sell your data to third parties
• Admin access is restricted to authorized team members only

Your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. When you delete your account, all your projects and generated documents are permanently removed.
